Auger conveyor

Trough screws are mechanical conveyors of powders and granules equipped with removable cover(s).

Able to transport large flow rates (up to 100 m3/h) over short distances (up to 12 meters), augers are reliable and energy-efficient transporters. The inclination can be from 0 to 60 degrees.

The screws are installed under: Storage silos, hoppers, cyclofilters, bag pourers, Big Bag emptying, etc.

The trough screw covers can be handled with (bolted) or without tools (lever toggles).

Trough screw covers are combined with safety devices such as coded magnets or electric strikes.

Trough screws can be equipped with numerous options depending on the application:

– Pressurized bearings

– Jam detectors

– Rotation detector

– Temperature probes

– Cleaning hatch on hinges or bolted
